Install

Have a key ready. Import the macro, then enter the key on first run.

  1. Get a key (trial or paid), then download from Get the macro
  2. Open Word, press Alt+F11
  3. Remove any old TOA module if present
  4. File → Import File… → choose the downloaded file
  5. Macros → RunTOA_Local
  6. Enter your license key when prompted

About TOA

TOA finds authorities in your open brief and builds a Table of Authorities in Word — without uploading the document.

We built it with practicing counsel (Joseph) from annotated briefs. ChatGPT-style macros kept failing; metered “upload for $5” was rejected because of privilege risk. This is a local Word tool unlocked with a license key.
