Confirm a license key. Word also asks on first run.
TOA finds authorities in your open brief and builds a Table of Authorities in Word — without uploading the document.
We built it with practicing counsel (Joseph) from annotated briefs. ChatGPT-style macros kept failing; metered “upload for $5” was rejected because of privilege risk. This is a local Word tool unlocked with a license key.
Trial: 14 days free, then it stops. Paid: annual seats. Same download either way. License check confirms the key only — never the brief.
We do not ask you to upload work product to get a TOA. The tool runs in Word on your computer. A license check only confirms your key.
Install once. Open the brief. Run TOA. It finds authorities and sets you up so Word can insert the Table of Authorities the way you already do.
You need a key to run it. The free trial lasts 14 days and then stops. Buy annual access if you want to keep using it.
